Indian Railways releases another recruitment notification RRC Group D 2019. A total of 1,03,769 vacancies for the posts of Track Maintainer Grade-IV, also Helper/Assistant and Assistant Points man, Level-I posts will be filled through RRC Group D 2019 online exams.

If you are one among the aspiring candidates, make sure that, you possess or fulfil all the eligibility criteria prescribed for the posts as on the closing date of online registration i.e. on 12th April 2019. Candidates in the final year or waiting for the final results are not eligible to apply.

Age limit: 18 to 33 years. The age relaxation for OBC –Non Creamy Layer (NCL) is 3 years, for SC/ST 5 years and 15 years for PwBD.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have cleared 10th pass or a ITI degree from institutions recognised by NCVT / SCVT.

Selection Procedure:

RRB Group D 2019 Exams is an online examination. The tentative date, as per the official notification is between September and October of 2019.The candidates have to download the call letter for examination from official website. The intimation for the same will be given to candidates through website.

The recruitment process involves:

2. Physical Efficiency Test

3. Document Verification and

4. Medical Examination

Exam Pattern:

RRB Group D 2019 Exam pattern is as below.

All the questions from above subjects will be Multiple Choice Questions (Objective Type). Calculators will not be allowed in exam.

Negative Marking: There shall be a negative marking of 1/3rd marks for the wrong answers.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: The candidates who take up the CBT exam, will have to get the minimum qualifying marks to clear the exams and move to the next level of selection process. As per notification, minimum qualifying marks is listed below for different categories.

UR-40%,

EWS-40%,

OBC (Non creamy layer)-30%,

SC-30%, ST-30%.

For PwBD candidates, there is additional relaxation by 2%, in case of shortage of such candidates against reserved posts.

* If the examination is conducted in multiple sessions, normalization of marks will be applied to shortlist the candidates.
